Roboyo, a German consulting firm focused on the intelligent automation space, said it has acquired Jolt Advantage Group to bolster its presence in North America. The addition of Tampa-based Jolt brings Roboyo’s global headcount to more than 400 employees in 10 countries, making it the largest automation services company in the world, the company said.

“Deeper investment in the North American market is a key priority for Roboyo because it enables us to serve our growing client base, both within the Fortune 500 and beyond,” said Christian Voigt, CEO of the Americas for Roboyo. “With Jolt as part of the Roboyo Group we are a stronger partner and our ability to drive sustainable cost, competitive and cultural advantages for clients is taken to the Next Level.”

The company, founded in 2016 by Deloitte and Capgemini veterans, works with large enterprises providing services around RPA, intelligent document processing, machine learning and AI. Both firms are UiPath partners and Jolt was named the RPA provider’s Partner of the Year in 2019.

“By joining the Roboyo Group, we can deliver far greater value for and with our key partner UiPath,” said Paul Freudenberg, chairman of JOLT Advantage Group. “And our ability to serve U.S. businesses that want to automate out cost and automate in performance, is now unmatched.”
