Nintex, a process automation technology provider based in the Seattle area, has acquired process discovery leader and RPA provider, Kryon.

Israeli based Kryon is Nintex’s third acquisition in 16 months and will bolster its intelligent process automation (IPA) capabilities.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
